The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening call followed by a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager and team lead. Both stages were well organised and the interview itself was a positive experience. However, the follow-up process was disappointing. I was given a clear timeline for feedback, which passed without any communication. After reaching out to HR, I was informed they were still aligning with the interview panel and would follow up shortly, also mentioning potential alternative opportunities. Two months after the interview, I received a generic rejection email with no reference to the interview or any personalised feedback. It felt more like a standard CV rejection rather than a response to someone who had progressed through multiple stages. Overall, the lack of timely communication and feedback made for a poor candidate experience. Candidates invest significant time preparing for interviews, and timely, respectful communication should reflect that. A prompt update, even if negative, would have been far preferable to a delayed and impersonal response. There also appears to be a disconnect between active hiring and candidate communication, as roles continue to be advertised while candidates are left waiting for updates.

They select your CV and send a mail for interview timings and then the interview will happen after the interview HR gives the reply for Selection. then HR will discuss about your salary and offered salary you can negotiate with HR and then should confirm the same.
