I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Vestas Wind Systems (Portland, OR) in Jun 2008
Interview
Initially I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. I was then flown into Portland for an interview with the hiring manager and several other trainers. I was asked to give a training presentation on the topic of my choice, then a fairly informal round robin interview process with the other trainers.
