Phone call with recruiter asking personal and invasive questions. Insisting if I would accept a lower salary than my expectation. This is the second time I send my CV to them and the talk is all about why they don't pay well, and how my profile doesn't qualify to be paid well. My advice is simply don't waste your time. We dedicate our lives to this profession to be up to date giving up our free time, and you don't respect it. I am not impressed of seeing job opening from your company every day. No Software Engineer wants to work for you.
