Very clear and concise process since the first interview with HR. Last and hiring process interview was very fast, since the manager already my background helped by HR. I have tried 3x times in different positions and all of them were extremely fair and open conversation explaining the reason why they need an X profile with hard and soft skills and why or maybe I would fit on it.

It was a HireVue interview with typical corporate questions. Google top 30 HireVue questions. Like what was my proudest achievement or what was the biggest challenge during my career and how I overcame it.
Also, I had technical difficulties cause I tried recording it on my phone. Use a laptop instead, if possible.

I had a phone screen, an interview for 1 h, personality test (over 100 questions) and the 2nd interview for 1 h. The interview was with Hiring HR, the local manager and senior director.

1. You will having interview with 2 panel members and trust me they are completely in old fashioned mind set of peoples. To be specific these people have a bossy attitude and not a leader attitude and they expect your answer as well in same way.
2. You will not get a feedback from hr for the reason of rejection and they don't even care for your mails, which clearly states an unprofessional HR policy.
As a whole if you are having a bossy attitude you can join if you are a true leader who cares for employees this is not the right place.
