Interview
Applied online via the Vestas careers portal. I received a response within 2-3 weeks from a recruiter, who scheduled an initial screening call. The recruiter discussed my background, salary expectations, and general fit for the role. After that an interview with the hiring manager followed. After passing the first interview, I was invited to complete a Hogan Assessment (personality & leadership traits) and an IQ Test. Third interview was with hiring manager and HR, it was more HR-driven where the Hogan was discussed. 3 days after the third interview I received an offer.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Vestas Wind Systems in Oct 2024
Interview
I applied for a Project Manager position at Vestas two months ago. The interview experience was positive, and the interviewers were personable and enjoyable to speak with.
Three weeks after the interview, I reached out to HR for an update. It took them a week to respond, and their reply stated they hadn't received feedback from the interview process yet. Unfortunately, I never received any further updates from Vestas, and I decided to forget this opportunity.
As a globally respected company, I had higher expectations regarding how candidates are treated during the hiring process. The lack of communication and clarity was disappointing and left me questioning their recruitment practices' professionalism. I hope Vestas improves its candidate experience in the future.
