I was contacted by a recruiter the same day I applied to schedule a phone interview. Her questions were very “Top 5 Questions to Ask in an Interview.” Very robotic and she didn’t make me excited about Vesmark. I wish companies would understand it doesn’t make sense for a recruiter to interview a canidate for a creative position. I was actually relieved she didn’t reach out for a second interview.
