I was emailed about an interview with a recruiter to get to know more about the role and for them to know more about me. It was a normal screening, the person interviewing was nice and said they would follow up by end of week. I got an email at the end of the week saying they would like to move forward with me but think I may be better suited for a different role. I was excited to move forward and replied asking for more information but said I would like to proceed. It has been weeks and still no reply. I have sent a couple of follow ups to politely express interest still and crickets. Extremely disappointed with this process and confused on communication.
