One of the their recruiters posted a job on a freelance website and I bid on it. I have over 30 years experience and he tried to chisel me down on my rate and was totally disrespectful of my experience and what I could contribute to the company. Wanted me to do a 'role' play which is inappropriate for a freelance professional. Wanted free work.
