Had a brief phone interview with Hr. That was followed up with a link to provide references, two of which had to be a manager. Had a 30 minute phone interview with the manager and members of the team. That was followed up by an on site interview. The interview process was fairly easy, except one part was with two gentlemen that was rather pointless, including one person that said cool after each of my responses. After a few hours, went to lunch with a few members of the team, followed by a closing meeting with the hiring manager. Was informed I was not selected three days later. It would be beneficial if feedback was given as to why a person was not selected.
