I was a little bit nervous because I did not have as much experience as the competition may have had. I think a unique thing about this company is that for TALENTed and Hard working people they will take a risk even if they do not have the "traditional" experience and education for that field. The interview was very casual. Both the interviewers were dressed casual, since the company culture doesn't require any dress code. They were both friendly and genuinely interested in learning about it. They were most interested in figuring out if I would fit in with the company culture, but it's worth considering that I was applying for an internship, not a full time position.

Fairly standard interview. I emailed my resume and cover letter, and heard back a couple days later. We emailed back and forth about five times and scheduled an interview. The interview was one on one with my potential boss, who asked pretty basic questions during the interview. The office was extremely casual, and the setting was very pleasant, next to a small artificial lake.
