1) Applied direct to company via Glassdoor. 2) They followed up with an online assessment from PredictiveIndex.com, which if I remember correctly, was just a simple computer test and behavioral test. 3) HR followed-up a few days later to schedule a phone interview 4) Phone interview comprised of their technical team, questions and answers for about 30 minutes; 5) Last half of the interview was a test from Codility, which is an online assessment tool of typical CS questions (iterate a linked list, string manipulation, etc.) Group is also on the phone and online with you, expecting you to talk out loud while you explain what your doing.
