I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Veterinary Innovative Partners in May 2024
Interview
Very standard interview process- I went through three video interviews with different members of the recruiting team, and one video interview with one of the cofounders (more to see if I had any questions regarding the company in general).
Overall total process took about a week, and was fairly seamless with one main member acting as the point of contact and coordinating the other interviews.

Question 1
What management style do you work best with/what do you want out of a manager?
First step is a phone screen through Microsoft teams. The interviewer wouldn’t put on their camera which was awkward. They also showed up 10 minutes late and seemed disorganized the entire time.
