I wasn’t going to write a review, but today I received an errant phone call for another position I applied to. He called and left me a message saying he wanted to set up a phone interview. I called back a few hours later and he goes “oh that was a mistake”. Maybe I caught him off guard, but he didn’t apologize about it. He stated he was reading from the wrong list. I was nice to him, but I wondered why he didn’t make a second phone when he discovered his error and call to let me know he made a mistake. He instead, just waited until I called to awkwardly tell me it was a mistake. About the interview: I did a phone interview then a few days later did an in person one on one interview. After that interview I was told I needed to put together a skills assessment project, which I had to follow up and ask be emailed to me like it was supposed to be(but that’s ok people get busy). I did the assessment then I had to do a third interview, which was a panel interview with 4 people. I did the panel interview and was told through an email later in the week that they decided to go with somebody else. A week later I saw the same job posting back on their recruiting site(old posting was removed and new one put up). It is possible it’s for a different department or section, so I just rolled with it until today. I won’t apply here again.
