I was contacted by a third-party recruiter, and had a brief phone interview. I was told I would be connecting with the hiring manager the following week once she got some times that worked with her schedule . The recruiter said they were looking to fill the position within three weeks. It's been a month since my phone interview and I've emailed the recruiter several times to get an update. She says she has been unable to get in touch with the hiring manager. Not sure if I was ghosted or if this person really is that busy. Either way, poor experience and I've lost interest at this point. It's unfortunate too, because the product sounds pretty interesting.
