I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter that same week to set up a phone screening. The only availability for the initial interview was three weeks out. After, the recruiter said she would be in contact with me no matter the outcome. A week and a half after the interview, I reached out to the recruiter and was told that the recruiter didn't have any updates from the hiring manager. That was the last communication, I never heard back.
