The process took two weeks. I had a phone screen with a recruiter who was professional and really great. Then I had a panel interview with three members of the team. The process ended up being frustrating because the job description and brief I received from the recruiter did not align with the job that was described to me in the interview or the questions asked. When I followed up afterwards and mentioned this affected my answers in the interview I was ghosted and never received an update on my application. Overall, the recruiter was kind but the company lacked professionalism and coordination. After having two conversations with their team a follow-up would have been kind.
