Was selected to come into the Vevo office to meet with the V.P. for an in person interview back in early May. I ultimately interviewed with the Director who had no idea what position I was interviewing for and she did not review my resume in detail prior to our meeting. After our brief conversation, she sent a follow-up email with a sample RFP response. I completed the RFP response prior to the deadline - complete with unique executions and marketing opportunities. The director did not acknowledge my presentation or confirm receipt. I sent a follow-up a week later - no response. A week after my follow-up, the Director responded with "thank you for your time and response...we're moving in a different direction." I found the delayed, untimely response to be extremely unprofessional considering our past exchanges and conversations. Fortunately, I had been interviewing with other companies and landed a great role with another brand. Prospects may want to tread lightly with Vevo, the team seems to be very unorganized and scattered. There doesn't seem to be any real structure.
