I applied on a weekday morning, and got a call that very afternoon from a recruiter in HR! From there, I had another phone interview with 2 other people, and then was invited for an on-site visit with 2 directors and another manager. Interview questions during the on-site visit were based mainly on my previous work experiences, my philosophies, and what I would do during my first week of work, if I were to get the job. The first call was more of a sales pitch about the company and the needs for the position, and the middle interview was more of the traditional type of interview questions.
