I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Santa Monica, CA) in May 2013
Interview
The interview process was short and sweet, only lasted around 10 minutes. It was a group interview, so I was interviewing with one other girl but I didn't feel like it was a competition between me and her. The biggest thing they are looking for is availability, if you are available almost every day you have a good chance of being hired.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why Victoria's Secret? Who is the Victoria's Secret customer?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
