I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Massapequa, NY) in Nov 2013
Interview
I applied in person by asking for an application. Came back to the same store and handed it to a manager. The manager read through my application, and asked when I can interview. The interview was about a week to two weeks later and it was a group interview which was helpful cause everyone basically built off each others answers. This was also in November when they were hiring multiple people at a time for holiday.

Question 1
Why Victoria's Secret?
Past Retail or work experience?
What makes you an asset to a team?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
