I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Manhattan, KS) in Apr 2016
Interview
I was interviewed with another girl who had a friend who already worked in the store. The interviewers directed more questions to that girl and played a lot of favoritism. They failed to ask me enough questions to really get to know how I'd contribute to their store. Just a very unprofessional experience.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
