Their Talent Acquisition reached out to me for an interview, asked my availability, and told me they were scheduling the interview with me. Then she completely ghosted me until the day after the interview was supposed to be scheduled and just said "Sorry, I didn’t put the teams invite out on my calendar!" but never bothered to reschedule. Very unprofessional.
