Interview
Good interview. Asked a ton of questions because they have extremely high standards. Promised a ton of perks that never happened. I knew a manager going in and I was over qualified for the position. So, the hiring manager already knew she would hire me. She seemed desperate though. Basically tried selling me on the job. Kinda sketchy; probably should not have accepted as it was the worst year ever.

Very easy. Took about a week. Dropped application off and was called in for an interview the next day and hired soon thereafter. Interview was a group interview with one manager.

Interview
It was a group interview. You usually go around and start with ice breakers by saying your name and something about yourself. Can be nerve racking if you don't like talking in a group. Just be yourself and be confident. They want someone who is going to be good at sales so definitely take initiative and answer the question first if you can.
