I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret in Jul 2016
Interview
I applied online and two days later they called back for an interview! I went in and there where three other girls. It was pretty easy going! The person interviewing asked us basic questions, asked us our availability, and made us try to sell something to her! It was a bit scary but all the girls did a good job. Than she said she would call us. I got an email 2 hours later that they wanted me!! If there's anything I can recommend is be confident! And try to make yourself stand out. I had to decline though because of they low pay.

It was a group interview with about 25 people in the room. If you had an answer to any questions you had to raise your hand to answer while managers watched. Then they had individual interviews if you did well in the group interviews.
Interview was a three step process, first phone call, group interview, and then one on one. Pretty easy. Very nice team. The main focus is how good of a personality you have.

Online application and one in person interview at the store. Overall very friendly. Worked there for the seasonal position and got placed to be there permanently after the holidays. No retail experience required just want availability.
