I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Escondido, CA) in Jul 2016
Interview
It was a pretty laid back process they were very nice but they want background experience. You have to have a pretty strong background in retail. I was interviewed by two managers and they were very friendly and outgoing. They said they would get back to me via phone or email within a week to let me know if I got the job or not and they kept their word.
The interview process was honestly pretty quick and straightforward. The manager there was ready to answer the questions I had about the company and the job position at the time.

The interview process was quick and easy. It involved submitting my resume and filling out an online application before interviewing IRL. I was offered the job for holiday cashier a week later.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret
Interview
The interview process was pretty standard. This was before the global pandemic. It seems that at the time they were hiring based on who they liked and not our qualifications.
