Interview
I applied on a wednesday got called back the next week to come to a interview on monday. It was a group interview. I did really well and was the first to answer questions. They asked bout previous work experience, why I wanna work here, describe yourself in 3 words and describe a bad customer service siruation. Lasted about 30 mins, three hours after I got home. Got a call bak for the second interview two days later, instead of practing like I did for the interview. I went thinking I already had the job and being too cocky. Lol big mistake. this manager asked more intensed questions and I was so nervous . I gave vague answets and stuttered a bit. About 8 days later I got a letter in the mail sayin I didnt get the job. No worries tho.
The interview process was friendly and professional. They are looking for bubbly energetic personalities to bring to their team. My advice would be to look presentable and bring your fun self to the interview. Retail is all about making someone feel seen and heard and making a friend
