Interview
I did an online application, not sure when, maybe a month before. Got a call to do a group interview. It was a group interview. They were looking for people to take the lead when answering the questions. They also wanted you to look the part of a "Pink" girl. Make sure to be clean. dress "Pink" sneakers and over-sized clothing. Make sure you don't wear over-sized clothing that is not Pink. If you don't wear Pink dress casually not too made up. They usually call the same day if they are really sure about you, or by the end of the week if they have other interviews. Also if you don't get an offer by the end of the week, assume you were not chosen. We don't call everybody back to let them know our decision, that would take time away from the business. Also, do not call to check on your application, do not come in asking for the hiring manager to "show your face", do not call and ask if we are hiring. You can come in and ask if we are hiring but make sure to look the part at that moment. If you come in and for any of those reasons they will not write your name down or recommend you, and every manager will say they are the hiring manager.
It was a group interview with about 25 people in the room. If you had an answer to any questions you had to raise your hand to answer while managers watched. Then they had individual interviews if you did well in the group interviews.
Interview was a three step process, first phone call, group interview, and then one on one. Pretty easy. Very nice team. The main focus is how good of a personality you have.

One of the questions was how I could measure a customer, find their correct size and build their basket.
Online application and one in person interview at the store. Overall very friendly. Worked there for the seasonal position and got placed to be there permanently after the holidays. No retail experience required just want availability.
