I looked online to see what jobs were hiring at my local mall. Victoria's Secret had a handful of open positions for their sales associate position. I walked in and asked for an application and I received one. The kind woman who handed me the application then told me who to ask for when turning in the application. An hour after finishing my application, although I had no resume on me, I walked confidently to the store. I unknowingly asked the manager for the manager. She skimmed through my application then asked, "Why do you want to work for Victoria's Secret?" I told her. She then asked if I would be open for an interview for the upcoming Saturday which was totally surprising. - Saturday came super quick and I arrived early dressed nicely, hair and all. I was greeted by a young lady who asked if I needed help and I excitedly replied, "I'm actually here for an interview!" She looked me up and down and said, "oooohh...great. hehe." Whatever. She seemed rude. I kept it pushing to a girl who was dressed really cute, she was so sweet, I followed her as she told me to do as she tried to find her boss. I guess they told me to come at 11:30 and I came at 10:50 (I could've sworn they said 11:00). Anywho the sweet young lady led me to the closest person that she could call boss. This lady looked like the type of lady who was nice unless you did something to make her mad. She said, "Wellllll the manager isn't going to be here until 11:30... so you can reschedule and leave or you can just wait." I think that she caught on that she was sounding rude because when I said I would wait she changed her tone, "Okay! :)" Coming back at 11:27 there was another girl waiting so I assumed she was also waiting for the interview, she was, and also another girl who seemed quite shy. I introduced myself to them(who knows, future co-workers?) We followed the boss to the back room and two more girls joined us, so there was 5 in all. The hiring manager was nice! She asked a series of questions but it wasn't aimed at any specific person; whoever answered, answered. She wrote our answers down and we asked her questions as well. Two days later I received an offer.
