I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret in Jul 2008
Interview
I handed my application in to the hiring manager and she just asked me a few questions on the spot. It wasn't anything tricky, it was specifically related to my application : education and work experience. She then gave me a number to call, and it was an automated questionnaire that gauges whether you are honest or not. It mostly consisted of scenarios and how you would react to them. About a week later i got a call offering me the position.

The interview was done as a group and was pretty casual. The hiring manager asked a mix of situational and behavioural questions, about 3-4. For me personally as I was hired during a seasonal period, having an open availability seemed to be key
