Interview
I applied and received a call for an interview about a week later. My interview was the very next day at 5:15. It was fairly easy, I was interviewed by the general manager and she asked me 3 behavioral questions pertaining to my experience (or lack thereof). We walked around the store to meet the employees working that hour so I can get a feel of what they do every day and what their job entails. It was really cool! She asked for my availability and if I was okay with changing jobs and duties and working late at night and early in the morning for receiving shipments and I said yes, I was available and okay with that. I asked her 2 questions: one on any chances of seasonal associates turning into permanent hires and if she liked working there. Then she told me that she'd let me know by Thursday if I got hired. Today is the following day after the interview and I was received a call at 10 in the morning saying I got the job!

Question 1
Tell me about a time you made a customer happy and how did you respond?
Interview was fairly easy. My hiring manager had me there on the spot for onboarding. Process went fairly quickly, and I was trained shortly after. I started on the week of black Friday which was a little rough, but it wasn't too bad. My hiring manager was kind but some of the other managers aren't as nice.

Interview
I have never felt more disrespected and belittled in an interview in my life. My job history was ridiculed, my character was ridiculed. I’m well above the age of being a minor and I was talked down to as such. My interview lasted a whopping 7 minutes.. I was 10 minutes early… I do not remember the name of the woman who interviewed me, but I highly recommend finding anyone else to interview candidates. She didn’t know how to talk to me without a condescending tone and attitude, and what was expected, schedule wise, of the position was not fully mentioned in the job listing. I filled out the application on Victoria’s Secrets’ website, filled out the availability form online, but still was made to refill it out in person and reiterated my entire job history. The job history I filled out manually on their website, and then attached the file for my resume. Still, I was made to reiterate the last 3 job I had, was stopped before the forth job, and belittled that all I have to show is seasonal work. My interviewer had no want to get to know me or my circumstances. She did not care about the interview process and she treated me like I was wasting her time even though the store had 0 customers at the time. If she was willing to treat and talk to me like that during interview, how would I had been treated after I was hired?
