They give you a phone interview first to talk about your resume. Then you'll have an onsite interview. You will meet in a conference room with all the other people being interview to watch a presentation describing the job details and benefits. Next you'll do a tour of the building then have a one on one interview with a supervisor. They will ask you to do a scenario and you will have to sell them something to show your up-selling skills. Next you will go back to the conference room to do a call simulation test showing your customer service skills over the phone and typing skills. Last you will take a personality test. I received a call the same day and I accepted the job.

The interview process began with an initial screening call to assess basic qualifications and interest in the role. This was followed by a virtual technical interview focusing on data analysis skills and scenario-based problem-solving. Candidates who passed were invited to a panel interview with team leads and senior management, which assessed behavioral competencies and cultural fit. The final stage involved a presentation on a case study relevant to the department’s work. Throughout the process, candidates were evaluated on communication, analytical thinking, and alignment with organizational values. Successful candidates received a verbal offer followed by a formal written contract.
