I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2015
Interview
Handed in application form and was told they were hiring for Christmas temps, and group interviews would be held over the next week.
There were roughly 8 people in the group interview. Fairly standard questions ('How would you deal with this situation?', 'What has your biggest achievement been to date?', that kind of thing.)
After the interview we were told we would be contacted for a second individual interview in a coupe of days. I was called the next day and was told my first induction shift was next week - no second interview at all.

Question 1
How would you deal with a customer with low body confidence?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
