Really casual. I wore what I see employees wear at the store— all black. She asked me about a few of my previous jobs and then we jumped into a casual conversation.

Could you tell me about a time you made a difficult decision at your previous job?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
