I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret
Interview
Basic interview, want to get to know you and your ability to engage with others. Interview was in a group setting with 3 or 4 other individuals, and questions were asked to the group as a whole rather than the individual. Had a follow up interview that was 1:1.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
