The interview was upbeat and fun. She asked me questions about myself and who I am as a person (i.e., characteristics, strengths). Then she talked about the job and what some of my responsibilities were and whether I thought I could do them. I eventually got offered the position at the end of the interview, which she did say is unusual and not regular.
