Generally they are group interviews. Everyone has a chance to speak. The current and previous hiring managers were/are great at setting of the interview. the interview takes about 45 minutes or longer depending on the size of the group. They are intrested in what you have to say as well as how availble your schedule is.

Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
