I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Joliet, IL) in May 2014
Interview
Went through 2 group interviews, then was hired on. They advise you to dress cute business casual. I work a pink tank with ripped jeans, sandals, and a blazer over the top with matching Bengals. I got a lot of compliments from the manager during my interview
Entire process was about 2 weeks.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is your favorite color?
How do you handle conflict?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
