I applied online. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Miami Beach, FL) in Aug 2018
Interview
It was fairly quick. I applied online probably a week or two ago. I got a call for a group interview. It was five of us in a little corner of the stock room with the Pink manager. We sat in a circle, introduced ourselves and told her a little about us. She asked some behavioral questions and from left to right we all had to answer the questions. It was a fairly short interview, no more than 20 minutes. Once she asked all her questions she invited all of us to a second interview with the store manager for the next day.
The next day was another group interview with the store manager. She basically gave us the run down of the job. She gave us an availability sheet once we all sat down and asked us what we had learned from the first interview about VS and the position. Then begin to go over her expectations of the company and the store we applied to and told us what a typical day at VS would be like. She let us introduce ourselves to her as well. And based on what we told her about ourselves she asked questions. She also asked us what stores (PINK or VS) or positions we would prefer. She allowed us all to ask questions, afterwards she thanks us all for coming and said they'd be in touch after they've made a decision.
Two days later I got a call with an offer that I had to accept. Now I begin orientation this upcoming Monday.
I got the call for my interview on a Monday, the first interview on a Wednesday Morning, second interview Thursday Morning, an offer Saturday evening, and I begin orientation Monday.
Interview questions [4]
Question 1
If there were about 15 customers in your zone and debris (extra clothing or product) is in your zone. How would you handle the situation as far as greeting the customers and cleaning your area. Which would you do first and how would you do it?
It was a group interview with about 25 people in the room. If you had an answer to any questions you had to raise your hand to answer while managers watched. Then they had individual interviews if you did well in the group interviews.
Interview was a three step process, first phone call, group interview, and then one on one. Pretty easy. Very nice team. The main focus is how good of a personality you have.

Question 1
One of the questions was how I could measure a customer, find their correct size and build their basket.
Online application and one in person interview at the store. Overall very friendly. Worked there for the seasonal position and got placed to be there permanently after the holidays. No retail experience required just want availability.
