The interview was better than I expected. The interviewer asked me a series of questions about my past work experience and my current goals. The whole process took about 15 minutes. I can tell she was very interested in my answers and the way I conducted myself.

Where have you worked before and explain some of the responsibilities that you had?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
