All they did was schedule me to do an interview through phone. After that, I interviewed with the manager 1 on 1. There was also a training day that took place at 9 am.

Question 1
I am a guy that works there. So the question that came to me was "Why do you want to work at Victoria's Secret?"
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
