Easy phone interview. Was asked simple typical interview questions. Was then called in for an orientation that lasted four hours with a group of other applicants. We watched many videos and then did a store tour.
Quite easy, they just want to know you’ll be able to work during peak seasons (holidays). Dress nicely in all black, wear makeup. You don’t need to have experience just a good attitude

Straight forward and down to earth. Level headed supervisors. Great perks. We sat down and shebhad snacks out for me and made me feel very welcomed. I wanted to work there immediately.
It was good- went pretty smooth. Basic questions asked as any other retail store. Being confident and bubbly helps too so you look and seem like someone who can sell.
