I had to go through 4 interviews because they didnt know where to place me. The first interview was a general one. It was semi group, where it was 3 of us and she asked one person at a time. after they were done, they could leave. I was the only one that passed because she asked me which part of VS i wanted to work at so she could set me up with, what was suppose to be the final interview. I was the only one who did not have manager experience or retail experience. I chose Pink. Second interview with Pink manager. It was alright, she didnt think i was the pink girl. But she liked me that she passed me onto another manager, a receptionist position. Third interview was good. She was friendly and nice. She didnt think i fit in this position and sent me back to Pink. Specifically, the Pink Cashier Manager. Fourth, It was barely an interview. In fact, she forgot about me even though my application was on her desk. Anyways, she asked about me and about the previous 3 interviews I had. That's it. Nothing else. Wasnt sure why I didnt get the job if i had to go through so many interviews. They liked me enough to pass me among the managers but i wasnt offered the job. I didnt have any retail experience that they required (Applied to the largest store in the world, i can see why maybe they cant train everyone in time) but one of the managers said they would train. I asked one of my references but they didnt call her. I didnt get the call back before the time frame they said. They called me back per interview within a couple of days so it was in a timely manner. I guess I didnt get the job, which I was disappointed in. I'll probably apply again when I go back to school because it is a lot easier out of state, especially since it's not the largest VS store in the world. Overall, although i had to go through 2x the amount of rounds you normally have to go through and still didnt get the job, I'm glad i got the interviewing experience.
