I applied online. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Southampton, England) in Nov 2019
Interview
I got a phone call from the store manager, she asked me a few basic questions and said she'll get back to me asap after passing on the notes to other colleagues. I was phoned back the next week stating I got the job and did not need to come in for an interview like the others (I found out they all had group interviews)

Question 1
What is my background/How will my experience help me in this job
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
