I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Birmingham, England) in Sep 2019
Interview
A quick 20 minute easy, relaxed phone interview first which were basic questions around previous work experience and my availability. Then around a week later was invited to a second main interview that lasted around an hour in a group of ten people and two interviewers - it was mainly a scenario and easy role play questions between two people. Very quick and fun interview.

Question 1
Have you ever been in a demanding situation with a customer and how have you handled it?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
