First I had an interview with the HR person. She was very pleasant and explained the culture of the company and the current goals of the company. Next I have an interview with the Creative Director that this role would report into. She was personable and explained the job very well, as well as the structure of the team. In the end we both realized that my skills did not align as well as we originally had thought.
