Group interview with one other girl, only took about 20 minute. The interviewer was very friendly throughout the interview and elaborated on the questions and explained why she asked specific questions. The questions were about what we would do in certain situations and seemed to focus on our personalities, it was pretty relaxed. However it took them a while to call back.

How would you handle a customer who is "just looking"?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
