Interview
For my first interview I wasn't early like I planned on being- I arrived just on time as the Interviewer was taking the other interviewee to sit for the interview. (There were only 2 of us). I had been running to get there on time so I was out of breath as we began the interview (not to mention I was very nervous) so I was speaking a bit shaky. I got better towards the end but didn't think I did very well so I was shocked to hear back from them the following day asking if I'd come in for a second interview. This interview went much smoother and there were three other girls this time instead of one. Beware that they will call your references, so make sure you put some good ones!! This interview was on Monday and I called back on Friday to check in and was given an offer. They pay based off experience and I was offered a very generous amount way above minimum wage!

The interview process was quick and easy. It involved submitting my resume and filling out an online application before interviewing IRL. I was offered the job for holiday cashier a week later.

The interview process was pretty standard. This was before the global pandemic. It seems that at the time they were hiring based on who they liked and not our qualifications.
