I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret
Interview
I applied online after seeing through Indeed that my local store was hiring. The application was on the company’s website. It took about 10 days before I received a callback from a store manager. She asked me first why I chose to work for the company and then she gave me a date/time for an interview in person the next day. Interview was quick and I was offered the job right on the spot
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Reading, England)
