Interview
It wasn't too bad. It was a group interview so I was skeptical because usually group interviews mean that one person says an answer and everyone says varying versions of it, or you don't get to speak at all. However, this was the best I've ever been to because they ask specific questions to specific people during the interview and give everyone a chance to be heard.

I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Midland, TX) in Mar 2012
Interview
I actually interviewed with three other girls which was cool because it was less intimidating than a one on one interview. The assistant manager would ask a question and all of us would answer one by one. I feel like the best way to shine in a group interviews is to have answers that stand out. Answer the question totally different than anyone else. Also, smile! This is so important!
