Application
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret in Oct 2015
Interview
Firstly had a phone interview about my background in sales and how available i am to work. I got a offer of a interview on the phone then emailed when the interview would take place.
Once at the interview there was about 10 11 girls waiting for an interview as well but all were friendly and chatty.
The interview started with us all telling a interesting fact about ourselves. The women there were super happy and friendly and i think made everyone less nervous.
Then we got some VS products and a scenario in which we had to work in teams to work out,
Afterwards we were still split in half we got all questioned one by one different interview questions.
When that was over we got given a surprise piece of stationary that we had to try sell to them. I found using a bit of humor worked well!
Then we got thanked and told we would hear back in a weeks time, i got a phone call a couple of days later with the job offer!

Question 1
describe a time you received great customer service
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
